The company operates under the licensure and certification of the Ministry of Commerce, industry and investment and Ministry of Health (MoH) Government of South Sudan (GOSS)

BPMS was established and founded by social enterprising business and health care professionals who are enthusiastically passionate about touching and improving lives of vulnerable populations[cite: 9]. Breakwall ideologically originates from two words: “Break and Wall” which when combined forms breakwall.
